Studio Neighbour

Our own homeware shop was a project very close to our hearts. Studio Neighbour is a space we not only designed and built, but one that reflects the atmosphere we always hoped to create for people walking through the door. Warm, relaxed, and full of character.

The interior and furniture is painted in soft mellow yellows and earthy terracotta tones, creating an calm backdrop for the collection of curated pieces throughout the shop. We made all of the shelving, furniture, and cabinetry by hand, using traditional shaker-style details paired with polished brass fittings.

The furniture is a blend of built-in joinery and freestanding pieces inspired by folk art, made from solid pine. We wanted everything in the space to feel honest and tactile; natural materials and simple craftsmanship that were designed to age beautifully over time.

A place to slowly browse, gather inspiration, and enjoy thoughtfully made objects in a setting built with care.
