ORDER POLICY
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving regarding any questions with the delivery of your order.
We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours.
Due to the nature of the bespoke items we make, we cannot accept returns for changes in dimensions.
If you are interested in changing the finish of your item, please contact us via email regarding our Refinishing Service.
Bespoke and furniture orders may not be returned or exchanged.
In the event of a return, customers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer may responsible for any loss in value.
